The Social Committee requested that some kind of Super Bowl raffle/lottery/pool be devised. The committee has approved the following

How It Works
- Each ticket has three chances to win.
- Once on the combined halftime score. (combined means adding both teams scores together)
- Once on the combined final score of the game.
- Finally, on which team will win the game.
- By letting people choose their own total score, we are not limited to the number of tickets that can be sold.
- Duplicate scores are allowed.
- Tickets are $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00.
- Prizes could be given out as follows.
- 25% for the halftime score
- 50% for the final score
- 25% on a random draw of all those who choose the correct winning team.
- The results of the game for the last 10 years will be displayed so people have assistance in deciding how to make their bet.
- I attach sample tickets that could be used. I will have one for people who only buy one ticket, and one for people who want to get multiples of 5 tickets.
If your buy the $5.00 ticket you will choose The winning teamThe halftime scoreThe final score. | If you purchase the $20 ticket you get 5 chances of winning on each of the The halftime scoreThe final score.Bonus automatic entry into the random draw for 25% of the proceeds. |
PLEASE TRY TO BRING CORRECT CHANGE TO PAY FOR YOUR TICKETS
Thank you.
- Winners are determined as follows,
- Everyone who picks either the exact halftime or final score will be declared winner(s).
- If no one has the correct score the person(s) who is/are closest to the winning score will be the winner(s).
- For example if the winning score is 50 and no one has that score, but one person has 45 and one 55, then they would both be declared winners.
- If someone has chosen the same score more than once, they will be paid out for each win they have.
- A list of all entries will be posted in the Evergreen Room prior to game time, so you can see what scores you are up against .
- All winners will be posted in the Evergreen Room at the conclusion of the game
- Dependent on the number of tickets sold that need to be checked please allow time for the results to be determined.
- Payment of winners will be made Monday, February 10th to your unit.
- To help people select their scores, there is a copy of the last ten years of the game along with average scores in this document.
- Examples of the tickets are shown below
